Get the Most from Your Workouts by including Burpees
Yes, I know they suck. But damn do they ever work! In fact, if you just give them a try you would be surprised at how addictive they can get. Sound crazy? Well think about it for a moment.
I could run for hours and hours and still not get the body I want. But if I do a short 10 minute workout using only a handful of exercises and making sure to include a whole wack of burpees in the mix you can be sure I’m going to get an incredible workout.
I’ll say it again, only 10 minutes and an INCREDIBLE workout. A workout that will give me results.
I’d rather do hard work for a very short time than moderately hard work for a long time. Besides, I’m way too busy to indulge in hour and a half workouts. If you’re like me, you’ve got too much going on in your life to spend hours exercising as well.
The hard stuff is going to get you the body you want. But just because it’s hard doesn’t mean you can cut corners and do be sloppy. Demand more of yourself. Make each rep count.
When you ask a great deal of yourself it will definitely show when you look in the mirror. You will also have the confidence of knowing that when no body else was looking you had the intestinal fortitude to push yourself as hard as you could.
That doesn’t just build a great body. It’s builds a powerful person in mind, body, and spirit.
Giving your all when you workout is hard but I believe in you. I know you can do it.
