Because they way they train and eat keeps their bodies in a cellulite-free zone. This exercise, called the Marching B, is something all sprinters do on a regular basis. It is incredible for working your hamstrings and targeting that area where women often build up cellulite.

Do This One Exercise To Help Melt Cellulite

How To Do It: The Marching B

  • This is a challenging exercise to learn but if you take the time to learn it you will reap big rewards
  • Begin by raising the right knee to hip level with each stride. As the knee approaches hip height, extend the knee by reaching the lower leg and foot forward to near full extension (your entire leg should end up being parallel with the ground). If going to hip height is too challenging at first, you can do the movement at a lower level. Over the weeks ahead as you develop strength and flexibility, slowly challenge yourself to raise the height with which you can do this drill until you are at hip height.
  • Allow your momentum to carry your body forward, and strike the ground in a pawing motion with the ball of the right foot six inches in front of the left foot, or in other words, almost under your hips. Then repeat the same motion with your left side and move forward in a slow marching tempo.
  • This isn’t about covering a lot of ground quickly so take your time moving forward!
  • Your head and torso should be upright, keep your shoulders and face relaxed
  • Move your hands in a cheek-to-cheek motion; no higher than the cheek of your face and not further back than the cheek of your booty

    I wish something like this would work for me but I have tried everything I can think of including diet and exercise and it doesn’t get rid of it at all. I have even tried the creams that they market telling you that it will dry it up basically and nothing happens. I think many people can save themselves so much frustration by accepting the reality that it takes work in order to battle the bulge and the cellulite that goes along with weight gain.     What is difficult to believe is that this cosmetic condition affects nearly 90% of women at some point during their lives, even women who are otherwise slender and fit. As common as cellulite is, you can’t deny that there is an awful lot of misinformation out there about what it is, what causes it, and how to get rid of it. Unfortunately, you can’t just dismiss this as occasional nuisances and wait for them to get better on their own.

    I am not sure that cellulite can naturally be gotten rid of once you have it. I have seen some very skinny people with it and you wouldn’t think that would be possible, so I think this is something that has to be surgically removed. Now if you have proof that this will work I will try it but others wise I am throwing good money after bad.

On the face, it helps to diminish fine lines and wrinkles and restore definition (think turkey neck). I wonder if devices like this really work. I think there is something to be said about separating the fatty tissue from the skin, no?

    Getting rid of cellulite is like getting rid of that pouch that women sometimes get after having a baby. It is so hard that you begin to think it is impossible to get rid of. I am hoping that something like this works because I have tried everything I can think of and it seems to get smaller but it doesn’t go away at all. I guess surgery will be the next step for me.

    I hope this stuff works because I am going to be finding some to order because I have cellulite on my legs that I can’t get rid of either. It is amazing to me that even the diet and exercise won’t really get rid of this stuff. Where does it come from and what causes it in the first place? I’ve seen people that weren’t over weight at all with it so is it fat?

    There’s an old myth that only overweight women are prone to cellulite. I used to believe that this is false, but now I know better. I also used to believe that slim women may have such an affliction, for example as a result of hormonal changes. But this too is yet another in the long line of myths that get spread about this much misunderstood subject matter. I don’t want to hear about anymore rumors. I want the facts.

Though cellulite is little more than a cosmetic nuisance, and there really isn’t a magical pill or cure, that doesn’t stop American consumers from forking over $60 million plus annually on creams, procedures, and other treatments. A thick cream, which “traps in water and plumps skin so dimples don’t look as deep, and an anti-cellulite product with caffeine to tighten skin by constricting blood vessels. I still believe in the old tried and true solution: exercise.

Once I learned more about the actual medical condition of cellulite and what it is, I began to liken it or to buttons on an old mattress. Cellulite is like connective tissues gone awry … pulling down in some places and pouching up in others. Perhaps that is the best way to think about it.
